Coordinate daily shipping activities and promote safe, efficient ops.
Support and develop Shipping Associates on the shift.
Coordinate outbound shipping: pick, pack, stage, load on schedule.

Process inventory transactions and confirm shipments in WMS.
Ensure SOPs and safety requirements are followed.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or lead roles.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience with shipping operations, inventory control, and WMS.
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership.
Basic computer skills: Microsoft Excel and Outlook; warehouse systems.
Lift up to 50 lbs; stand 8 hrs; overtime; steel-toed boots.
