Shopify/Amazon Supply Chain Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Create and maintain SKU records in Airtable, generate UPC barcodes and FNSKUs, and manage SKU
• Coordinate SKU-related label updates and maintain packaging files across Google Drive, Shopify, and
• Issue purchase orders to suppliers and ensure PO data accuracy
• Review proforma invoice costs and record them in Airtable
• Maintain payment records and purchasing documentation
• Support monthly accounts payable reconciliation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or purchase order administration
• Shopify experience
• Strong understanding of supply chain from purchasing through inventory, costing, and reporting
• Hands-on experience issuing purchase orders, entering supplier costs, tracking payments
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Advanced written and verbal English at C1 level or above
