Shopify Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the existing CS team, track response/resolution times, and handle escalations, refunds, and
• Identify missing SOPs and improve FAQs and automated responses
• Monitor stock levels, track sell-through rates, and forecast restock timing
• Liaise with factories, oversee production timelines, and manage logistics for stock arrivals
• Update inventory for SKUs and product variants weekly, check order statuses, and update customers
• Manage the Notion workspace, build and improve SOPs, track launches and campaigns, keep projects

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store
• Solid experience handling inventory tracking, multiple SKUs, and forecasting
• Must be able to operate independently as an Operations Manager; build SOPs, improve workflows, work
• Experience managing customer service systems, reporting, and overseeing a team
• High reading, writing, and clear spoken communication
