Shopify Operations Manager (UK-based)

📋 Description

• Manage the existing CS team, track response/resolution times, and handle escalations, refunds, and
• Monitor stock levels, track sell-through rates, and forecast restock timing. Liaise with factories
• Update inventory for SKUs and product variants weekly, check order statuses, and update customers
• Manage the Notion workspace, build and improve SOPs, track launches and campaigns, and keep
• Manage weekly KPIs and reporting to ensure the team is running efficiently and maintaining quality

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
• Solid experience handling inventory tracking, multiple SKUs, and forecasting.
• Must be able to operate independently as an Operations Manager. Someone who can build SOPs, improve
• Experience managing customer service systems, reporting, and overseeing a team.
• High reading, writing, and clear spoken communication to liaise directly with customers, factories
