Shopper Insights Client Lead

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day relationships with assigned supplier clients and retailer stakeholders.
• Clarify client questions and translate them into focused analysis and deliverables.
• Interpret shopper insights and help create clear presentations and recommendations.
• Coordinate project timelines, actions and follow-up across internal teams.
• Contribute to account planning, client value tracking and appropriate growth opportunities.

• Experience using data or insight to answer commercial questions.
• Clear written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Confident relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
• Organised project delivery across multiple priorities.
• A collaborative, customer-first approach to problem solving.
