Shopper Insights Client Manager

📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with CPG clients and relevant retailer stakeholders
• Shape account plans, stakeholder maps and agreed value measures
• Translate supplier, retailer and category priorities into the right insight workplan
• Lead upsell and cross-sell activity across assigned clients and prospects
• Manage and coach Shopper Insights Client Leads, supporting delivery, renewals and revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of the CPG industry and experience in an insight or CPG business
• Leadership experience in a client-facing team environment
• Commercial judgement supported by experience selling products or services
• Confident stakeholder management across supplier and retailer organisations
• Ability to balance pipeline, client delivery, team leadership and financial priorities
