🎯 Requirements

Currently enrolled or a recent graduate in film, media, design or a related field, with short-form
Proficiency in at least one of Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects or motion
A heavy user of short dramas or vertical video who understands hooks and beat-matching
Curious about data: willing to look at CTR and CPI and edit accordingly
Able to read and write English subtitles; familiarity with overseas social ad guidelines is a plus
Familiarity with AI editing, subtitle and voice tools is a plus
