📋 Description

• Key-holder and floor leader; open/close and security protocols.
• Lead guests through showroom experience; help build their registry.
• Coach showroom team on product features and safety guidelines.
• Own day-to-day showroom operations and guest flow.
• This is a hands-on, on-site role in the NYC showroom.

🎯 Requirements

• Led on a retail or guest service floor; 1-2 years; leadership or key-holder.
• Strong problem-solver; able to make decisions on the fly.
• Warm, clear communicator; builds relationships with guests and teammates.
• Able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift and carry 25-30 lbs; stand 8-10 hours.
• POS systems familiarity; retail operations knowledge.
