📋 Description

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Siebel CRM/POS applications, managing incidents across
• Investigate complex application and operational issues, identify underlying causes, implement
• Monitor application health, workflows, business services, integrations, and batch processes to
• Support Siebel DevOps initiatives and implement application improvements, including address
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Siebel CRM and enterprise applications
• Perform SQL-based investigations, analyze data inconsistencies, and support Oracle database-related

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting, developing, or maintaining Oracle Siebel CRM
• Strong understanding of Oracle Siebel architecture, configuration, business processes, and core
• Practical experience with Siebel configuration, workflows, business components, business services
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex application issues, perform root cause analysis
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience investigating Oracle database issues, validating data, and
• Experience developing and troubleshooting enterprise integrations, web services, and APIs
