📋 Description

• Lead the post-silicon validation for custom ML SoCs.
• Set strategy, coordinate resources, planning, and execution for the team.
• Own silicon bring-up, NPI, and sustaining efforts; coordinate with hardware, software

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field (or equivalent practical
• 10+ years' hands-on silicon bring-up, validation, or product characterization experience.
• 5+ years' experience leading a silicon development team and post-silicon projects (planning
• Experience as a manager/technical lead for new product introduction in custom silicon.
• Proficiency with Firmware development, C++, and Python.
• Experience with lab equipment and debug tools (oscilloscope, protocol analyzer, JTAG, etc.).
