Site Care Coordinator

📋 Description

• Handle all in-center scheduling requests per guidelines.
• Schedule new/existing families and manage waitlists.
• Create plans to maximize provider utilization.
• Schedule across service lines: evaluations, DT, ABA, medical.
• Support contract scheduling (Schools, VBC) processes.
• Escalate scheduling issues to area supervisor as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years scheduling experience in ABA or related field.
• 2+ years of client services experience.
• On-site presence 80-100% of the time.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication with families and teams.
• Proficient with Cortica tools and scheduling workflows.
