🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in client services or related role.
• Experience navigating patient care pathways and coordinating care across teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families, clinicians, and operations.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Axon, Smart Scheduling, and Salesforce.
• On-site presence and ability to manage scheduling and address concerns promptly.
