📋 Description

• Optimize client and provider scheduling to improve service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for families; coordinate with site leadership.
• Facilitate communication between families and teams to coordinate care.
• Manage cancellations and rescheduling; optimize scheduling.
• On-site presence required to manage scheduling and address issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA or related field
• 2+ years in a client services role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Axon, Smart Scheduling, Salesforce
• Excellent communication with clinical teams
• Coordinate with RCM, Enrollment, Scheduling, and other teams
