Site Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Plan the CSA execution strategy per study startup plan
• Lead CSA negotiations to finalization and execution
• Negotiate with sites in assigned countries
• Manage escalation of budget/contract requests
• Provide consultation on escalation queries
• Maintain documentation and status reports

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in law, business, life sciences or equivalent
• CRO operational experience with Site Contracts management
• Regulatory knowledge, drug development and project mgmt
• Understanding country requirements for SA delivery
• Ability to mentor and develop staff
• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication
