📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and develop clinical and administrative leaders across all service lines to build a
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement that aligns with
• Build leadership strength at the site by mentoring emerging leaders and ensuring succession
• Serve as the primary owner of site-level performance, aligning daily operations with Cortica’s
• Lead execution of site strategic goals in partnership with the Area Director, with attention to
• Ensure seamless coordination and operational flow across disciplines, optimizing resource

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline.
• 5+ years of management experience in office settings, preferably in healthcare, leading
• 2+ years of P&L management experience.
• Board certified behavior Analyst (preferred)
