📋 Description

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Manage picking, packing, routing, and dispatching activities.
• Lead a warehouse team including drivers; mentor and develop staff.
• Enforce SOPs and safety standards to maintain service quality.
• Use NetSuite, RF Smart, Shopify, and Hubspot to streamline processes.
• Drive process improvements to cut costs and improve efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; strong customer focus.
• 5+ years of people leadership; able to manage a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs; able to work 2nd/3rd shift.
• Basic technical skills and quick learner of the Odeko platform; forklift a plus.
• Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen or continuous improvement experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish; tech-savvy; onboarding/training exp.
