Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Monitor schedules, routes, and logistics to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement and enforce SOPs to maintain high service standards.
Coordinate and lead Picking, Packing, Routing, and Dispatching activities.
Use Netsuite, RF Smart, Shopify, Hubspot to troubleshoot and streamline processes.
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic technical skills and ability to learn the Odeko technology platform.
Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs.
5+ years of people leadership experience; onboarding, hiring, and training.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
