Site Leader

📋 Description

• Plan, direct, and oversee all facility operations (delivery, inventory, systems).
• Drive KPI improvements for order picking, dwell time, drive time, and cost per order.
• Ensure site financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; analyze reports.
• Lead site leadership, oversee safety, asset protection, and QA reviews.
• Create and implement plans to improve financial performance and guide the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced environments leading a workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, or restaurant experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills with conflict resolution.
• Strong skills with team development and engagement.
