Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or supply chain (advanced degree preferred).
Experience as Site Leader or similar in large-scale fulfillment/distribution.
Strong knowledge of fulfillment ops: order processing, inventory, warehousing, shipping.
Led large teams of hourly and salaried employees.
Exceptional leadership/communication, able to inspire teams.
Proficiency in analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs to drive improvements.
