• Lead and manage operations supervisors and staff.
• Optimise inventory to reduce stockouts and overstock.
• Oversee order fulfilment; improve accuracy and speed.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Own P&L for MFCs; drive cost-effective ops.
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics.
• Proven ability in fast-paced, dynamic environments with strong organization.
• Strong process focus; operational excellence and compliance.
• Proficiency with data analytics for improvements.
• Willing to travel; weekends and late nights.
• On-site, full-time in Cambridge MFC, CB1 3EW.
