📋 Description

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage ops supervisors & associates.
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels; minimise stockouts/overstock.
• Order fulfilment: Monitor and optimise order accuracy and timeliness within the MFC.
• Customer Experience: Uphold service standards; address inquiries and escalations promptly.
• Financial Management: Full P&L responsibility for MFCs.
• Compliance & Quality: Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements; conduct regular safety checks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of managerial experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing or logistics.
• Fast-paced environment with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong process focus; experience in operational excellence and compliance.
• Proficiency in data analytics and tools for continuous improvements.
• Willing to travel as necessary.
• Able to work weekends and late nights.
• On-site, full-time in Cambridge MFC (CB1 3EW).
