Plan, direct, and be accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory
Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect
Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work and processes
Drive financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses
Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
Develop action plans to improve performance and guide the management team while safeguarding

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in fast-paced environments with leading a workforce
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Conflict resolution and team development skills
Ability to adapt to changing environment and lead improvements
