Plans, directs, and is accountable for all site operations including deliveries, inventory
Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect
Ensure financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses
Ensure compliance with Gopuff and legal policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
Implement and monitor HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and quality assurance
Develop action plans to improve performance and direct the management team in executing Company

🎯 Requirements

6+ years experience in fast-paced environment leading a workforce
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends/holidays
