📋 Description

• Plans and directs all facility operations: deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems
• Drive KPI improvements: order picking time, dwell time, drive time
• Drive financial performance to meet budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, procedures, and warehouse regulations
• Implement HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and QA reviews
• Develop action plans to improve performance and guide site leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in fast-paced environments and leading a workforce
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in conflict resolution
• Strong skills in team development and engagement
• Ability to lead in a changing environment
