📋 Description

• Plans and directs all warehouse operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs: order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate, cost per order.
• Lead and develop a team of 30-40 employees.
• Manage inbound and outbound delivery operations.
• Drive financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; oversee HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of managing and leadership experience with 8+ years in fast-paced environment leading blended W2/1099 workforce.
• Retail, warehouse, logistics, military, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Proven track record of improving processes and efficiencies.
