📋 Description

• Plan and direct all facility operations: deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems.
• Improve KPIs: order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate, cost per order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely following standard work.
• Drive financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies and regulations via reports.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and guide management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with fast-paced environment and leading blended W2/1099 workforce.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills with conflict resolution and team development.
• Proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
