📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a growing group of DelRicht Research clinics in the Dallas market
• Support teams across psychiatry, dermatology, and general medicine
• Strengthen the patient experience
• Develop Clinical Research Coordinators
• Help the region grow with consistent, high-quality clinical trial delivery
• Coordinate patient visits so they run accurately, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of supervisory or managerial experience, ideally in healthcare or a
• At least five years of professional work experience
• Demonstrated ownership of operations at a clinical or business site, including team performance
• Ability to lead a team while remaining involved in patient-facing site operations and visits
• Strong organization, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to accurate, compliant work
