📋 Description

• Leading the day-to-day operations of a busy practice and ensuring efficient and consistent
• Leading, coaching, and developing clinical and administrative team members while creating clear
• Building a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on professionalism, service, and
• Monitoring practice performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity
• Managing staffing, scheduling, supplies, equipment, and other resources necessary to support
• Partnering with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning as the center grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience, including meaningful experience managing or supervising
• Healthcare leadership experience is strongly preferred, particularly if responsible for both
• Comfortable operating independently and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
• Organized enough to manage multiple locations, competing priorities, and changing needs.
• Confident in making day-to-day operational decisions and solving problems as they arise.
• Able to coach and develop employees while maintaining clear standards and accountability.
