Gopuff

Plans and directs all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, and systems.
Improve KPIs: order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate, cost per order.
Train and coach associates to work safely following standard processes.
Drive financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies and warehouse regulations.
Implement safety and HR compliance, asset protection, and QA reviews.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in fast-paced environments leading blended W2/1099 workforce.
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Strong team development and engagement skills.
