Plans and directs all facility operations (deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems)
Improve KPIs such as order picking time, dwell time, drive time, defect rate, and cost per order
Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard processes
Drive financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses
Ensure compliance with Gopuff policies, legal requirements, and warehouse regs via reports
Implement and monitor safety, HR compliance, asset protection, and QA reviews

🎯 Requirements

3+ years leading a blended W2/1099 workforce
Experience in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant
Bachelor's degree, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with computer usage, email, and Google Suite
