Site Manager

📋 Description

• Plans and directs all facility operations (deliveries, inventory, equipment)
• Improve KPIs: order picking time, dwell time, drive time
• Train and coach associates to work safely per standard work
• Drive financial performance by meeting productivity, labor, and expense budgets
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; analyze reports
• Implement safety, HR compliance, asset protection, QA reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fast-paced environments leading W2/1099 teams
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication; conflict resolution
• Proficiency with Google Suite and basic computer skills
• Flexible schedule including 5pm-3am and weekends; lift up to 49 lbs; Spanish preferred
