📋 Description

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations.
• Improve KPIs such as order picking time and cost per order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely per standard work.
• Meet budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Implement safety, HR controls, asset protection, and QA reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading blended W2/1099 teams in fast-paced environments.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; conflict resolution.
• Proven track record as a change agent with process improvements.
• Flexible schedules including evenings/weekends; lift up to 49 pounds; Spanish preferred.
