📋 Description

• Own day-to-day site operations.
• Lead and develop the site team to hit KPI targets.
• Ensure SOPs and health, safety, and food safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, Opex, maintenance, and staffing costs.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers and data reporting.
• Build strong relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years junior management in food & beverage (restaurant preferred)
• Adaptable, autonomous, and able to embrace change
• Proven ability to influence KPI performance
• Commercial acumen to grow Order Volume and GMV
• Experience leading a team of direct reports
• Tech-savvy with numbers; Looker experience preferred
