Plans and directs facility operations (deliveries, inventory, equipment, systems)
Improves KPIs: order picking, dwell time, drive time, defects, cost per order
Trains and coaches associates for safe, compliant work
Drives financial performance: productivity, labor, expenses
Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations
Develops action plans to improve performance and guide management

🎯 Requirements

3+ years leading blended W2/1099 workforce in fast-paced settings
Experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Strong written and verbal communication
Conflict resolution and team development skills
Flexible hours: 5pm-3am and weekends/holidays
