Site Network Manager (North America)

📋 Description

• Identify, outreach, recruit and onboard sites into the North America ASN.
• Build relationships with high-priority sites and partners; travel as needed.
• Analyze ASN site performance with real-time data analytics.
• Drive site recruitment across therapeutic areas and geographies.
• Develop site engagement model and maintain Investigator portal for ASN.
• Support patient identification strategies with ASN sites.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-9 years of clinical research experience (CRO, sponsor, SMO, or investigative site)
• Honours Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related
• Experience developing and managing relationships with investigative sites, PIs, and site personnel
• Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle: feasibility, startup, recruitment, ICH-GCP/regulatory
• Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills
• Experience using data and performance metrics to improve study delivery
• Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is an asset
