Identify, outreach, recruitment and onboarding of sites into the North America ASN
Develop relationships with high-priority sites/partners via meetings/conferences (travel)
Understand GI clinical research challenges and impact on recruitment and operations
Maintain and deliver real-time analytics on ASN sites
Drive site recruitment in new and existing therapeutic areas/geographies
Build a pipeline of high-potential sites starting in or naïve to clinical research

🎯 Requirements

7-9 years of related clinical research experience and a bachelor’s degree
Experience managing relationships with investigative sites, PIs, and site personnel
Strong understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle (feasibility, startup, recruitment, ICH-GCP)
Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience using data and metrics to improve site partnerships and study delivery
Experience in gastroenterology or inflammatory diseases is a plus
