Site Operations Technician

📋 Description

• Perform routine site walkthroughs to verify readiness and identify issues.
• Monitor site conditions in hardware spaces, network rooms, and utilities.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and partners performing on-site.
• Assist with hardware deliveries, asset tracking, and equipment staging.
• Document operational issues and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate site records and readiness for deployments.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree, technical certification, military experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in data center operations, facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly.
• Able to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable in active data center/industrial environments.
• Able to lift equipment, move hardware, and climb ladders.
