Deep understanding of observability in distributed systems
Practical experience with SRE concepts (SLOs, error budgets, incident management)
3–5+ years in software development, SRE, or DevOps roles
Proficient in cloud-native platforms and IaC concepts/tools
Working knowledge of at least one language (TypeScript/Node.js a plus)
Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
