Participate in on-call rotations; act as Incident Commander during major incidents.
Create and maintain dashboards and alerts; instrument code for visibility.
Develop automation to eliminate toil across apps and infrastructure.
Implement and track SLIs and SLOs defined by engineering leadership.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints escalated beyond L1/L2.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years as SRE supporting enterprise apps; Java, Go or Python.
Distributed systems, microservices, and design patterns.
Kubernetes; cloud experience (GCP/AWS/Azure); troubleshoot containers.
Grafana dashboards; Datadog, New Relic, Signoz.
SQL proficiency (PostgreSQL/MySQL) with complex queries.
