Implement and track SLIs and SLOs defined by engineering leadership.
Investigate and resolve escalated customer reliability issues.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in SRE/supporting enterprise apps; proficient in Java, Go or Python.
Strong distributed systems, microservices, and design patterns.
Hands-on Kubernetes; cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure); troubleshoot containers.
Grafana dashboards; Datadog/New Relic/Signoz; metrics and traces.
SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL); write complex queries; DB performance.
