Participate in on-call rotations and act as Incident Commander during major severity incidents
Instrument code to expose high-cardinality metrics and distributed traces, and define/defend SLOs
Write production-ready code (Java, Go, Python) for internal tooling and automation
Partner with engineering teams to ensure reliability, scalability, and observability patterns
Analyze performance, conduct load testing and chaos engineering experiments

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in SRE or Backend Engineering
Strong coding in Java, Go, Rust, or Python
Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices
Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure and Kubernetes
Experience with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
Familiarity with data stores and streaming platforms
