Collaborate with teams to understand workload requirements and improve platform capabilities.
Scale reliability and velocity of systems via automation.
Document actions to build runbooks as a knowledge base for automation.
Participate in on-call rotations to uphold SLOs and SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

Fundamental Linux internals, TCP/IP networking, and storage subsystems.
Strong experience with Kubernetes and production-grade container orchestration.
Ability to guide teams to scale services for desired performance within budget.
Experience with cloud-native tools: Kubernetes, etcd, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry.
Strong communication for working in diverse, distributed teams.
