Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Improve availability, latency, and performance of Netskope platform.
• Design, develop, and automate strategies for production services.
• Build systems based on microservice architectures to boost reliability.
• Improve monitoring and reporting of service and infrastructure health.
• Collaborate with development teams and product managers on features.
• Communicate nonfunctional requirements like security and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent (5+ yrs)
• 3+ yrs designing/building complex systems; 1-2 yrs SRE
• Cloud experience in distributed, highly available production envs
• Improve availability, performance, scale, and efficiency of microservices
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust; familiarity with C/C++
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and AWS/GCP/OpenStack
