📋 Description

• Own the SLO/SLI practice for CIRA; define SLOs on GCP.
• Build security by default; audit trails and secrets hygiene.
• Manage vulnerability and patch posture; surface findings.
• Own and run blameless root-cause analysis.
• Mature observability; standardize dashboards with OpenTelemetry.
• Monitor performance and resources; drive improvements with squads.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in SRE, software eng, or production ops.
• Strong Java/Spring; read, debug, modify code.
• Cloud and Kubernetes experience; GCP/GKE preferred.
• Observability tooling: Prometheus, Grafana, logging.
• Relational DB know-how: MySQL; SQL tuning.
• Automation: shell scripting; automate routine tasks.
