Site Reliability Engineer (Bilingual SRE)

📋 Description

• Analyze current technologies and develop monitoring to improve observability.
• Ensure high availability and reliability in a growing multi-service environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable, resilient solutions.
• Drive incident management, RCA, and lessons learned to improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years software development experience (Python, Java, Go, etc.).
• Experience troubleshooting and tuning microservices on Kubernetes and AWS.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, problem solving and complexity analysis.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools; RAM, metrics, logs analysis.
• Knowledge of databases (RDS, NoSQL, TiDB, etc.).
• Excellent communication; fluent English and Japanese preferred.
