Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Define meaningful SLIs and SLOs with service teams.
• Own the ORR process for new services and major changes.
• Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline with postmortems.
• Provide reliability guidance in architecture reviews and resilience design.
• Identify and quantify operational toil; automate it away.
• Design sustainable on-call practices and runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SRE/production engineering or reliability roles.
• Software mindset; you write code and build tooling.
• Define/operationalize SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Deep incident response and postmortem facilitation.
• Experience with large-scale multi-tenant systems (Postgres bonus).
• AWS and IaC (Pulumi preferred; Terraform/CDK ok).
