Site Reliability Engineer - Data Center

📋 Description

• Design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-scale data center infrastructure.
• Build scalable, secure, and efficient DC systems for growth.
• Lead end-to-end data center projects across teams; align with business needs.
• Drive capacity planning, efficiency, and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure security/compliance and manage risks across global environments.
• Drive operational excellence through automation, documentation, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data center infrastructure (power, cooling, cabling) with Layer 1 understanding.
• Knowledge of power and capacity concepts (kW, amps, PUE) and server hardware fundamentals.
• Core infra concepts: storage, RAID, CPU, memory, OS, file systems, networking basics.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and OS installs (DNS, DHCP, SSH).
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Java; AI tooling experience (Copilot/Claude).
