Site Reliability Engineer - Dedicated Hosted Runners

📋 Description

• Operate production AWS infrastructure for Hosted Runners (EC2, ASG, VPC).
• Develop and maintain Terraform IaC; contribute to modules and tooling.
• Write Go code for runner tooling and autoscaling components.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for blue/green zero-downtime deployments.
• Define and monitor SLOs for CI jobs; build Grafana dashboards and alerts.
• Participate in on-call rotations; incidents affecting customer CI/CD workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• Production AWS experience at scale (EC2, ASG, IAM, VPC).
• Terraform IaC experience; write/refactor modules.
• Go proficiency for tooling; or willingness to work in Go.
• CI/CD systems knowledge; job execution and ephemeral build environments.
• Observability: metrics, dashboards, alerting; Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch.
• On-call rotations and incident management for customer-facing systems.
