Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and orchestrate API-based products from the ground up.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-reliability APIs.
• Ship enterprise-grade infra: rate limiting, auth, usage metering, SOC 2.
• Build deep observability: tracing, latency breakdowns, token usage, dashboards.
• Develop AI-centered products integrated with Arena data.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years backend engineering with distributed systems.
• Go and/or Rust with high-throughput APIs or proxies.
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google APIs.
• Cloud infra with AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres and Redis.
• Product-minded API design and developer experience.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a startup.
