Site Reliability Engineer (Monetization)

📋 Description

• Own the Monetization domain's app infra: Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, runtime config.
• Own domain observability: design SLOs/SLIs, monitors, alerts, dashboards.
• Set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines for domain services (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Capacity planning and tuning before load events, including load testing.
• Run Production Readiness Reviews; define what 'production-ready' means.
• Support incident response: investigations, post-mortems, runbooks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years SRE/DevOps or platform engineering; on-call, SLO ownership, deployments.
• Backend-focused: built/shipped services; automation in Go or PHP.
• Kubernetes hands-on: Helm, manifests, deployment strategies.
• Observability: SLOs/SLIs, dashboards; Datadog &OpenTelemetry.
• IaC: Terraform/Terragrunt for collaboration.
• GCP experience: IAM, networking, managed services.
